“The stay was wonderful. There are a lot of amenities to take advantage of. The only reason I didn’t rate it 5 stars was because they only offered breakfast buffet when we were there and it wasn’t much better than what you get at the hotels that offer free breakfast…and it was $25/pp.”

“The room was very clean and comfortable. We loved the jacuzzi tub in our room! The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. Parking was easy and convenient. The location was good and felt very safe. The breakfast was a true Continental breakfast with mainly pastries, bagels, yogurt and hard-boiled eggs (no other proteins). Overall, it was a pleasant stay.”

“The place is older, probably why the issues. The room smelled damp and musty. Upon further inspection we noticed the air conditioning unit was clogged up. The sliding glass door didn't work. We did get a text from front desk asking if all was ok and we addressed these issues which they were willing to come take a look at. We declined at the time so as not to interrupt our stay. I feel they had to have known about these issues prior. My biggest issue (and I totally understand cancellation policy)...

“To start with the staff was super friendly. We had an issue when we discovered the hairdryer was missing from our room. I texted the issue and the staff started to work on the issue. We were lucky the housekeeping manager was there to help solve the issue. The door in the bathroom could’ve used a clean mop over it. It looked clean, but probably needed a clean mop or mop water. The beds were fantastic! And earplugs were provided, but weren’t needed. The kettle and coffee and the hairdryer all...
